Ms. Juliar joined Cardio Polymers in March 2007. She has 20 years experience of engineering and manufacturing experience in the medical field most recently as Dir. of Manufacturing and Technology at IDM Pharma and before then served as Dir. of Development for Nexell Therapeutics (formerly Baxter Immunotherapy). Ms. Juliar holds a degree in Bioengineering from the University of California at San Diego.
